The heart of this journal is the goal section.
At the very beginning of the journal, follow our prompts to outline your 6-12 month goals, and answer questions to build an unbreakable connection to them.
Many studies suggest outlining the reasoning behind your goals will make you 400% more likely to achieve them.
You will continuously be referring back to these to motivate, track, stay accountable, plan, and reflect.
So make them big exciting goals!
DAILY PAGE, 1 MINUTE A DAY
To make it as easy as possible to engrain as a habit, commit only 1 minute a day to the daily page.
Follow the prompts on the daily page to efficiently plan your day, reflect on yesterday and write something you are grateful for.
Once you become more accustomed to journalling, you will naturally see yourself spending more time to reflect/plan and enjoy even greater benefits from the journal.
WEEKLY & MONTHLY PAGES
There are additional pages for analysing, tracking habits & behaviour, highlighting clear areas to improve, and most importantly, space to record your wins.
These pages are wonderful to look back on; at a glance you can see what you learned or accomplished throughout your life.
We highly recommend you set aside a few minutes at the end of each week/month to complete these pages.
